Gülara Booking Policy

At Gülara, we understand that life flows like the tide, with its moments of ebb and flow. While we eagerly await your presence and the unique energy you bring to our gatherings, we also recognize that sometimes, changes are necessary.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: To honor the preparation and intention set for each session, we kindly ask you to inform us of any changes to your booking at least 48 hours before your session is scheduled to begin. This allows us the opportunity to adjust accordingly and, if possible, offer your spot to another soul eager to embark on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please reach out to us. As long as your request is made more than 48 hours in advance, we will happily assist you in finding another time for your session or provide you with a full refund.

Within 48 Hours: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, any changes made within 48 hours of your session's start time will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our offerings and honor the commitment of all participants.

No show: If you are a no-show to your session, we will treat this the same as a cancellation within 48 hours and you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. It's your own responsibility to show up or let us know you won't be able to make your session.
